Greetings and welcome to the Delta Gamma Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity,

Incorporated.

 

​It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as President of this distinguished chapter—one

grounded in a rich legacy of leadership, service, and brotherhood. For more than 35 years, Alpha Phi Alpha has helped shape who I am, and I remain deeply committed to ensuring that our chapter continues to grow stronger, more connected, and more impactful.

 

At the heart of my leadership is a simple belief: brotherhood must be intentional.

It is built through meaningful relationships, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to something greater than ourselves. When we invest in one another, we strengthen not only our bond, but our ability to lead and serve effectively.

 

My focus is clear—strengthen brotherhood, increase engagement, and develop leaders.

We are cultivating a culture where every brother feels valued, every voice is heard, and every member

has a meaningful opportunity to contribute. Through greater collaboration and a spirit of unity

we will build a chapter that reflects the very best of Alpha Phi Alpha.

 

Just as important, we are committed to amplifying our impact in the community.

That means being more visible, more consistent, and more intentional in how we serve. We will deepen

partnerships, expand our programs, and align our efforts to address real needs—ensuring that our work not only reaches more people, but leaves a lasting and meaningful difference.

 

We also recognize that our responsibility extends beyond today. As stewards of Alpha Phi

Alpha’s legacy, we are committed to developing the next generation of leaders—mentoring,

guiding, and creating pathways for young men to grow in leadership, character, and service. In doing so, we ensure that the impact of our work endures far beyond our individual contributions.

 

As a man of faith, I am guided by the principle that leadership is service. With that foundation,

we will continue to move with purpose, humility, and excellence—honoring our legacy while

boldly shaping our future.
