Meet “The Four Wise Men” – Spring 2026 Latest Initiates of Delta Gamma Lambda

Continuing the legacy and tradition of the Fraternity here in Cincinnati, DGL proudly welcomes its newest line.

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, Delta Gamma Lambda Chapter welcomes its Spring 2026 line, “The Four Wise Men.” This distinguished group of men represents a continued commitment to leadership, service, and excellence within both our fraternity and the greater Cincinnati community.

We are proud to introduce:

Will Block – Ph1nal Hour

Aaron W. Banks – 2win Turbo

Kevin Michael Jordan – 3 Peat

Bryan Williams – O4sis

Each of these brothers brings unique experiences, perspectives, and a passion for service that will help strengthen the work and mission of Delta Gamma Lambda. Their decision to join Alpha Phi Alpha reflects a shared commitment to developing leaders, promoting academic excellence, and providing service and advocacy for our communities.

As part of their introduction, members of “The Four Wise Men” shared their perspectives on their journey and what becoming an Alpha means to them.

On why becoming a member of Alpha Phi Alpha was important:

“Becoming a member of Alpha Phi Alpha was important to me because it represented an opportunity to align myself with a brotherhood built on purpose, service, and excellence. I wanted to stand alongside like-minded men who are committed to making a meaningful impact and dedicating themselves to lifelong leadership, service, and brotherhood.” — Brother Will Block

On what they hope to contribute and what being an Alpha means to them:

“I hope to contribute to Alpha Phi Alpha through both my professional experience and my commitment to service. I’m passionate about mentorship, community engagement, and supporting initiatives that help develop future leaders. To me, being an Alpha Man means honoring the legacy of our fraternity through purposeful service, integrity, and uplifting others.” — Brother Bryan Williams

Their reflections demonstrate not only a deep respect for the legacy of Alpha Phi Alpha, but also a clear vision for the impact they hope to make within the fraternity and throughout the community.

We look forward to witnessing the leadership, service, and brotherhood “The Four Wise Men” will bring as they begin this lifelong journey in Alpha Phi Alpha.
