The Cincinnati Alphas are proud to continue a legacy of mentorship, education, and empowerment through Project Alpha 2025, a transformative initiative presented by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and sponsored locally by the Delta Gamma Lambda Chapter.

Project Alpha Project Alpha is a national program of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., developed in collaboration with the March of Dimes to provide education, guidance, and support to young men as they navigate the challenges of adolescence and prepare for adulthood. Locally, the Delta Gamma Lambda Chapter has made it a mission to ensure that this initiative continues to uplift and inform young men across Greater Cincinnati.

This year’s theme, “Saying What Needs to Be Said,” will create space for open and honest conversations around real-life issues that too often go unaddressed.

These sessions are designed to educate, challenge, and empower young men with the knowledge and confidence they need to make informed, responsible decisions.

Participants will have open dialogue on the following topics

  • Respect and responsibility in relationships

  • Adolescent pregnancy and parenthood

  • STD prevention and sexual health

  • Intimate partner violence

  • The law and teens’ rights

  • Substance abuse awareness

We invite all Alpha brothers and community members to help amplify this impactful initiative. Share the registration link with your networks—families, schools, churches, and youth organizations—and encourage participation. We encourage you to post the event flyer on your social media channels and invite young men who can benefit from this life-changing experience. Together, let’s make sure Project Alpha 2025 reaches as many young men as possible.
